I don’t have an option to give 0 star here. I am giving 1 for that. Worst customer experience. Associate left me unattended. Just left without talking and solving my problem. Making false statements about the charges that I had on my account. They will tell that will be waived in next cycles but when we visit next time they will tell it is not the way that it works. I recommend not to go here at any cost. Associate will simply say “anything I can help you with now sir” and then leave the place to their cabin place. Happened on Nov 13 from 6:10-6:45 pm. Just waiting that some or the other person will help me out. Completely undeserved place and worst customer experience.

Julio helped me today and was a rockstar. I'm w Tmobile after Verizon, after ATT, after Sprint. I had a Galaxy Note 20 I wanted to unlock to give away and I thought I had it w ATT. It was w Verizon...I felt dumb, but he helped me change out Sim cards to show it was already unlocked. That's service, even if Im not w ATT now due to living in a tower hole (Im still ATT for GB speed fiber to our home). Bottom line--Julio helped the person...not just the customer...and to an old guy like me, that's everything. 5 stars.

Stood here for 30 minutes and saw two groups of family skip our place in line. First time I assumed was an accident, but then it happened again. I mentioned the mistake and they didn’t try to remedy it. Hoping it had nothing to do with the fact I was having a conversation in Portuguese with my family.

Rory helped us get everything we wanted and helped us choose the phones and plans that better suit us best. His comical jokes and great customer service are the reason why I'm still with AT&T. Male manager assisted me with adding 3 lines to my plan . He assured me throughout the process that my bill would only increase $113 (not including device installments) with the 3 new additional lines . I asked him if there would be any activation fees he said NO. Not only were there 3 activation fees on my bill he also added insurance for the devices and picked the more costly plans . My AT&T account says my bill increased $400 since last bill . I’m LIVID !! None of my other lines have insurance and they’re on the starter plan, so I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASKED, instead of trying to use me to hit your quotas for the month by signing me up for things I NEVER ASKED FOR !! Extremely disappointing especially since he was a manager. I called the store to speak with him and never received call back !

My new iPhone was not working, and I was getting the run around by one AT&T store up North and at the Apple store, so I decided to try the AT&T Store in the Domain. One young lady helped me, but went on break while I was filing a claim (first AT&T didn't even tell me I needed to do that). Then, once the claim went through I asked the manager what was the next step. He then had the tech who worked in the back helping me, and let me tell you, Garrett was the nicest young man, he knows his stuff and he fixed my phone without me having to go through the deductible process. I just want to say thank you to Garrett again, and hopefully his managers know what a rockstar they have working for them!

This store has the worst customer service. Once they know that you need help with fixing a problem rather than buying something they will ignore you.

I went to this location because they had availability that day to work on my phone's screen. Aside from getting great help from the phone repair tech, it was a slow day. I liked walking into an AT&T store that wasn't noisy. Very clean place. Every one greeted me. Cool place.
